    NOTE: Danville IL is 1.5 hours from Indy, 2.5 from Chicagoland, 3.5 from St. Louis.

    THIS IS A PAID, FULL YEAR INTERNSHIP POSITION -- one student is anticipated to be WORKING*:

    1. MAY WORk part time in spring 2018 semester if available;
    2. Full time summer 2018;
    3.  Approximately 20-30 hours per week Fall semester;
    4. Full time during fall break and winter break;
    5. **EITHER** eligible to hire in January if Dec '18 graduate, OR work approximately 20-30 hours per week Spring semester;
    6. **EITHER** eligible to hire in May if May '18 graduate, or eligible to work full time during summer semester;
    7. consideration given for continued internship into next school year for right student.

     *Pending strong work performance, continued need, etc. Position is at will.

    This PAID internship is a hands-on real world position, assisting our customers in supporting their purchase with world class IT-style technical support, from software to hardware communications, from parts orders to top level programming.  WE ARE SEEKING GREAT INTERNS LOOKING TO GRADUATE INTO REGULAR HIRES WITHIN THE HELPDESK TEAM UPON COLLEGE GRADUATION. (Regular hire after internship not guaranteed, but is our intention and our track record for great interns.)


    Interns must be at least 18 years of age, and must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Interns must be enrolled for Fall 2018, in one of the degree programs above, or similar.


    Internship candidates for this position must be available to work full time summer 2018, and STRONGLY PREFER part time hours during the 18/19 school year.


    Sorry, no relocation or temporary housing available for internships.

    Sorry, no international or OPT/CPT/H1B candidates. All interns must be eligible to work in the US without restriction/sponsorship.






    • Assist end users with software support and training, as well as basic troubleshooting for hardware;
    • Assist dealer customers with installation, troubleshooting, parts orders and other special needs;
    • Assist supervisor and team with technical writing, knowledgebase development, training labs, etc;
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Education/Qualifications

    • Fall 2018 enrolled student in IT, Networking, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Technology, EET, or Computer Science or other approved degree program.  
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Must be 18 years of age by 4/1/2018.
    • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
    • Strongly prefer students graduating in December 18 or May 19.
    • Strongly prefer students able to work part time hours in both 18/19 terms, assuming position is continued.
    • Has full authorization to work in the US, without needing sponsorship now or in the future (no OPT, CPT, H1B candidates.)

    Our interns are anticipated to work with us for the entire semester/summer, assuming quality work. Of course, all positions are "at will" and an internship is not a guarantee of work for a set period of time. Likewise an internship is not a gurantee of regular hire upon graduation.
