The Human Resources Manager reports to our CEO, is a critical part of our HR team, and a very highly valued resource to our entire management organization including our executive team. This position will have direct reports and manages key areas of HR, to include interaction with our comprehensive HR support vendor, leave and compliance management, policy management, and employee relations.
The HR team is crucial to supporting our most valuable resource - our staff of over 350 employees, nearly all here in Danville, IL, in roles ranging from engineering to service, from electronics manufacturing to creative arts. We have an exceptional working relationship with our union team, as well as our non-union staff in all areas of the organization.
