Use your BS degree and minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Systems Management plus your understanding of key quality programs to open new doors for your career.. You must be a proven hands on manager to fit into our team. A history of building and sustaining a quality environment by promoting continuous improvement methods and troubleshooting and resolving issues would be desirable. Show us your understanding of statistical process control and risk management investigations. Bring your superb leadership skills, ability to work with multiple teams, and ability to influence others for best results to make you an exceptional addition to our team.
Supplier quality component -- As a piece of the overall quality system, this new manager will specifically develop, coordinate, and maintain more structure and formalized, automated procedures for our supplier quality program. This more structured approach will match our growth, putting more focus on our suppliers' processes, and help ensure receipt of quality components using established standards and requirements that meet the Company's expectations and objectives. You will facilitate supplier continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction, including firsthand supplier visits and overseeing staff making vendor visits.
