    Watchfire Signs is in Danville IL - 2.5 hours from Chicago, 1.5 from Indy, 1/2 hour from Champaign/Urbana and University of Illinois.

     

     

     

     

    Watchfire Signs is an 85+ year old company that is rapidly growing as an industry leader in the cutting edge technology of digital LED signs.  Our electronic message centers (EMCs) are designed for 24/7 outdoor signage use in all weather conditions.  These cutting edge outdoor LED displays may be as small as a time-and-temperature sign at a local bank or as large as 15'x50' and beyond.  Our on-premise division sells to sign companies and dealers who re-sell our EMCs as a portion of a complete signage / business identity package for their customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with inbound sales prospects via phone, email, and online chat.
    • Provide new prospects with a great first impression of Watchfire, identify prospect needs, answer questions about our products, and help them start the sales process smoothly.
    • Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to facilitate transition for qualified prospects to our local sales team.
    • Manage prospect records and document sales activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate data and tracking.
    • Coordinate with Sales Development Manager and team to continually improve processes and strategies.

    Required Education/Qualifications

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required, especially in evaluating, nurturing, and developing sales prospects
    • Professionalism, tact, attention to detail, self-organization, and consistent work ethic required
    • Ability to function in fast-paced situations when lead volume is high, as well as drive to seek new prospects when lead volume is low
    • Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly valued
    • 4-year degree in business, marketing, sales, or similar field preferred
    • One or more years of full-time experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation ideal
